Hot Springs in Colorado…

We have been going to Creekside Hot Springs for over ten years. We joke that it’s our second home with none of the hassle of a second home. We have hosted Thanksgiving, a college reunion, a 14-birthday party and now an annual retreat weekend with a group of Boulder moms. Nestled in front of the Chalk Cliffs just down the road from Buena Vista this A-frame house sleeps eight and has a naturally fed hot spring hot tub overlooking the creek. It’s just about the most perfect, easy place to land for a weekend with family or friends. The Colorado Trail is just down the road about a mile which is a glorious trail spanning hundreds of miles of Colorado, and up the road, about ten miles is a ghost town called St. Elmo where in the summer chipmunks and hummingbirds outnumber visitors 5 to 1.
Thank you Annie ! I appreciate your patronage and friendship! All the best on your new endeavor .

Love this post. Makes me want to run off, with my friends and family, to a cabin—spend time with the people you enjoy the most!
